How to avoid order processing delays
Please note: Online Orders take priority over Phone Orders as the entire order process can be efficiently managed electronically. Phone orders requiring a sales assistance will normally ship the following business day. For fastest service, order online before 12:00 Noon Local Time. |

1) Accurate Shipping and Billing Information
The "Billing Information" name must be the name of the Credit Card Holder as it appears on the Credit Card. The Billing Address must be the address of the Registered Card Holder as it appears on the Credit Card Statement. The Billing Phone Number must be the phone number on file with the Credit Card Company. Any exceptions to this rule will result in delays of up to 24 hours.
The "Shipping Information" must be the person to whom the shipment will be signed for when the courier arrives at your office.
2) Multiple Product Orders
Orders containing multiples of the same SKU Number will normally ship from the warehouse on the same business day as ordered. Orders containing multiple SKU numbers from different warehouses will ship from each separate warehouse additional shipping and handling fees may be required. Consider placing multiple orders (each with a unique SKU number) to expedite your order processing.
3) Large, Heavy, Delicate Items
Some large, heavy or delicate products may require an additional 1-2 Business Days for processing. These include UPS Systems, large displays, projection screens, server racks. Additional handling or insurance may be required, our order processing staff will contact you before we process your order.

Minimum Order Fees may apply to orders below $100. Phone orders may be subject to a 2% service fee. Same Day Shipping refers to FrontierPC.us shipping your products(s) on the same business day as the order was placed. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, we are closed on weekends and local statutory holidays. Real-time product information is accurate to within 15 minutes and does not take into account multiple orders for a single in stock product.
