| In-stock products will normally ship from the warehouse of your choice
(provided the product is available at time of processing) on the same
business day if ordered online before 12 Noon Local Time to anywhere in the
contiguous United States (refers to the 48 contiguous U.S. states located on
the North American continent south of the border with Canada, plus the
District of Columbia; we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses) provided
billing and shipping information can be verified by our credit department
within a reasonable amount of time. Incomplete or inaccurate order
information will result in delays. FrontierPC.us order processing staff will
contact you before we process your order if there is a need to change the
shipping warehouse location or if additional shipping fees are required to
cover the additional expense of oversize and overweight items such as
screens, ups systems and server racks. |
| FRONTIERPC.US BUSINESS METHODOLOGY |
| FrontierPC.us is a broker of new, fully warranted computer and
computer-related IT equipment and consumer electronics. To ensure rapid
delivery: upon order acceptance and payment verification, FrontierPC.us will
purchase the product(s) on your behalf from the distributor or vendor and
instruct the distributor or vendor to ship the product(s) directly to the
end-user's "Ship To" address as listed in the order. The majority of
in-stock orders will ship on the same business day. For this reason,
in-process orders may not be cancelled and all requests for returns or
exchanges must be approved by the distributor or vendor through an online
RMA Form located on this website. Please choose the products you are
ordering carefully, as generally distributors and vendors do not accept
returns or exchanges for products that were ordered in error or for reasons
of incompatibility with existing equipment, customer dissatisfaction or
inaccurate website information. All products are new and fully warranted by
the manufacturer or distributor. The majority (not all) of products are also
covered by a 20-day DOA replacement warranty - if a product is defective
within 20 days of delivery FrontierPC.us can arrange shipping a replacement
product. Otherwise, in all cases, manufacturer's warranty applies and all
sales are final.

Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, FrontierPC.us shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FrontierPC.us shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, FrontierPC.us shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Return policy and limited guarantee against defects Every product you buy from FrontierPC.us is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. FrontierPC.us's 20 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. FrontierPC.us's 20 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or FrontierPC.us. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software, computer systems, servers or notebook computers once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to FrontierPC.us's limited 20 day warranty described above. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or FrontierPC.us will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 20 days of ownership only. After 20 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. FrontierPC.us will assist customers whenever possible. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted by the distributor or vendor without an RMA number issued by FrontierPC.us. |
| WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

| There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the
equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the
express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not
apply to you. FrontierPC.us does not provide technical support for products available from FrontierPC.us. Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support. |
| LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |
| In no event shall FrontierPC.us or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be
liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages
including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or
profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FRONTIERPC.US MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OG MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTIERPC.US BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTIERPC.US LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S). The maximum liability to you for products purchased from FrontierPC.us shall be limited to the purchase price you have paid for the products. | ORDER PROCESSING TIME |
| Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure
that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are
authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the
rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to distributor or
vendor warehouse for shipment. NOTE - We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready for shipping, however we may attempt to get an authorization on your card for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or cancelled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependant on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 3 to 7 business days. Please note, credit card processing may take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us in your order.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card payment. |

Shipping & Risks during Shipping When products are shipped to you by common carrier, FrontierPC.us's liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. You may wish to direct FrontierPC.us to purchase insurance from loss or breakage during carriage for full insurable value of the products you have ordered by making the appropriate requests when placing your order with FrontierPC.us. If the Customer provides FrontierPC.us with Customer's carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for FrontierPC.us, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from FrontierPC.us to Customer upon shipment from FrontierPC.us's distribution or vendor partner facility. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from FrontierPC.us to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s) and Customer's rights therein are contained in the license agreement between such licensor(s) and Customer. FrontierPC.us retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges. Export Regulations If this transaction involves an export under the U.S. export regulations, the commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale exported from the United States by FrontierPC.us were exported in accordance with such regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. The commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States. You may not assign this agreement without FrontierPC.us's prior written consent. FrontierPC.us is the intended beneficiaries of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and other agreement included with or relating to products purchased from FrontierPC.us, this agreement shall take precedence. The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and FrontierPC.us. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website. This website is controlled and operated by FrontierPC.us from its offices within USA.
